• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and account security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Abusing or overloading scan systems beyond intended use.
• Using unauthorized automated scraping against Citedge infrastructure.
• Using Citedge tools to harass competitors or conduct unlawful activity.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, limits, or platform protections.

4. Payments and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to your selected plan.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies to future billing periods.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Citedge and its software, branding, and platform components are owned by Citedge. You retain ownership of your brand inputs and account data you submit to the service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Recommendations, scan insights, and Reddit reply suggestions may be AI-generated. They are provided for informational assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before use or publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citedge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. AI scan outputs are informational and not guaranteed outcomes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety and integrity standards.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
